Stage Bar Hoists, Single-Point Hoists and Motorized Fly Bar Systems
Power-operated bar hoists (舞台吊杆) and single-point hoists (单点吊机) for flying scenery, lighting and effects in theatres, studios, multi-purpose halls and touring shows. Wire-rope winch drives with dual brakes and encoder-based travel control, supplied as single units or as a complete motorized fly bar system.

Safety and control features
- Dual brakes — each brake system can stop the load independently.
- Over-rated components — all parts between the load and the brakes are designed above the rated load.
- Travel control — encoder-based travel control (dual encoders on the Z series; absolute encoder on the SFZ series) for accurate positioning of scenery and lighting.
- Rope management — self-aligning rope spooling (Z and SFZ series), with rope-disorder, slack-rope or overlapping-rope detection depending on the model, to prevent rope jumping and tangling.
- Control — suitable for standalone or integrated control.
Motorized fly bar systems
A motorized fly bar system combines bar hoists, battens, single-point hoists and a control system. Power-operated bar hoists and single-point hoists are part of the group’s above-stage equipment scope; in August 2019 the group received CETA Technology Progress Awards for stage machinery, including first prize for the multifunctional self-aligning rope winch and second prizes for the mobile and multi-point self-aligning rope winches. The number of bars, lifting points per bar, speed and control layout are engineered for each venue. FAQ
What is the difference between a bar hoist and a single-point hoist?
A bar hoist lifts a batten on several wire-rope lifting points; a single-point hoist lifts on one rope for point loads, effects or individual pick-up points.
Can several hoists run synchronized?
Yes. Hoists are suitable for standalone or integrated control; group moves and synchronization are defined in the project control design.
How are price, lead time and warranty handled?
We quote ex-works (EXW, collected from our factory) or on terms negotiated in the contract. Lead time and warranty are set for each project.
Can you support installation outside China?
