Services: From Engineering Review to Commissioning
Zhonghui manufactures stage machinery in Xinyi, Jiangsu, and works with the engineering team of our parent company, Jiangsu Zhonghui Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. Services are agreed per project in the quotation and contract.
1. Engineering review and selection
Send load, travel, speed, installation space and control requirements. Our engineers review them, may ask for drawings or site photos, and propose a configuration — for example a rigid chain size from 30A to 100A, a standard lift table (SL500, SL2000) or a stage winch model.
2. Drawings and approval
Production starts from drawings approved during engineering review. Interfaces to the building structure and to the venue control system are defined at this stage.
3. Manufacturing and factory testing
Production and assembly against approved drawings in our 15,000 m² factory. Inspection records cover key dimensions, movement and delivery documents.
4. Packaging and delivery
Packaging and dispatch from the factory. Quotations are EXW (ex-works, collected from our factory) or on terms agreed in the contract.
5. Overseas installation supervision
Installation supervision abroad can be arranged with your local contractor.
6. Commissioning and training
Commissioning support and operator training can be included in the project scope; handover documents include approved drawings, test records, operating instructions and maintenance responsibilities.
7. Lead time and warranty
Lead time and warranty are confirmed for each project in the quotation and contract.
